The Blue and Gold Standard of Greenbrier Valley

Appalachian Country Cuisine was founded out of the need for culinary excellence and amusement.  We believe in offering regional and seasonal fare entirely made from scratch.  Our menu is a direct reflection of ingredients that are sourced locally and seasonally.  Although all of our ingredients are not procured locally or regionally, we passionately utilize the highest quality product available.  Our Chef Stephen Anderson is in fact a proud native of Lewisburg, WV.

It is our mission, responsibility, and genuine pleasure to accommodate to your culinary requests and requirements.
